I work as a Nurse in General Surgery/Surgical Oncology, and also a Family Practice n weekends sometimes. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia, IBS, anxiety, depression, my nails are weak and break easily, and my hair has thinned a bit. I heard about Black Seed Oil before, but I was like meh, I don't really need anything, I'm ok with popping 1000mg of Tylenol and 600mg Ibuprofen together if I need it.
